Our warranty ensures that we will uphold the conditions set out in each product’s warranty documentation.
We offer a 25-year limited warranty on Timbex decking and on our Forma and Grande products, including Forma panel, slatted and Click for Grad® cladding. Linea decking carries a 15-year limited warranty, and Clarity decking a 20-year residential or 10-year limited warranty, depending on how the boards are installed. Our composite fencing carries a 20-year limited warranty.
Warranties are valid provided the products are registered within 90 days of installation and installed using the recommended Ecoscape fixings, following the relevant installation guide.
This warranty applies only to Ecoscape decking, cladding and fencing boards, edging, and trims.
